Coach Miura felt sad when Ho Chi Minh City only had two fans coming to the stadium to cheer.
The Japanese coach hopes that in the future, Ho Chi Minh City fans will follow and support the team more.

Despite the rain, more than 15,000 Nam Dinh fans still came to Thien Truong Stadium to cheer for their team. Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City only had two fans, one of whom was a foreigner, standing quietly in the D stands to cheer. This made Coach Miura a bit unhappy even though his team won 3-1 on the evening of April 14.
"If there were more fans, it would definitely be more fun. Maybe because it's far away, our fans didn't come. I hope in the future we will have more fans accompanying us on every away trip," coach Toshiya Miura shared after the match.
"Today, Nam Dinh fans created a great atmosphere. I really like matches like this. My players are professional players, so they are not afraid of the atmosphere created by the opponent's fans."

Ho Chi Minh City chose a defensive counter-attacking style of play and they were even more successful in doing so when they opened the scoring in the 15th minute. Duc Nam broke through on the right wing before passing back, causing goalkeeper Quoc Thien Esele to miss the run-out and Cong Hien to easily shoot into an empty net to open the scoring. In the 64th minute, the visitors doubled the gap when Quang Nam, despite being pressed by two Nam Dinh defenders, was still able to finish and score.
After Sy Minh reduced the gap to 1-2 in the 66th minute, Nam Dinh became excited and attacked continuously, putting Ho Chi Minh City in a difficult position. However, in the 74th minute, coach Toshiba Miura's team "escaped" thanks to Van Thuan's own header. Winning 3-1 at Thien Truong, Ho Chi Minh City climbed to fourth place with nine points.

“This is a difficult match for Nam Dinh, because we defend our home field tightly. After losing, they were forced to push up their attack formation but mainly used long balls, making it difficult to penetrate our defense,” coach Toshiya Miura analyzed the tactics.
The Japanese strategist said that fans want beautiful attacking football, but he will not change his playing style. The former coach of the Vietnamese national team is a defensive counter-attacking style.
“I don’t care that the team has risen to fourth place on the scoreboard. The V-League has only gone through five rounds, there is still a lot of work ahead,” said coach Miura.

After coach Mihail Marian resigned from Thanh Hoa, Mr. Toshiya Miura is the only foreign coach in V-League. HAGL has a Korean strategist, but he registered for the title of Technical Director.
