Coach Nguyen Thanh Vinh believes that local character is always very important in a team, especially when Tien Dung is truly a talented player:
“With local players, they will fight with all their might for the country’s flag. It is no coincidence that SLNA always has a policy of not hiring players from other places.”
“Tien Dung is a son of Thanh Hoa, a talent, a hero of Vietnamese football and needs to be given conditions, cared for, and nurtured to develop his full potential.”
“FLC Thanh Hoa needs to understand that and encourage him. Remember, Tien Dung’s image has a huge impact on the youth, on the “young” players who will later be the future of Thanh Hoa football in particular and Vietnamese football in general.”
In conclusion, Coach Thanh Vinh emphasized: "This is the time when Tien Dung needs to be properly encouraged."
