Coach Park Hang-seo selects 2 young SLNA defenders to prepare for SEA Games 2021
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 1, Coach Park Hang-seo will have his first working session with the young players of U22 Vietnam. Therefore, the Korean strategist has started to list the players to be called up, including 2 young players from SLNA.
This is the first U22 Vietnam training camp to prepare for the 2021 SEA Games at home. Coach Park Hang-seo only worked with young players from July 1-3 with the aim of evaluating the abilities of as many players as possible.
According to information from Nghe An Newspaper, the Korean strategist's list has up to 50 names. The two young SLNA players summoned to this preliminary list include defender Mai Sy Hoang born in 1999 and center back Le Thanh Lam born in 2000.

Currently, SLNA has many players born in 1999 who have competed in V.League such as Tran Ngoc Anh, Nguyen Van Viet, Dang Van Lam, Thai Ba Sang and there are still opportunities for these players if they perform well in the near future.
Defenders Mai Sy Hoang and Le Thanh Lam were promoted to the SLNA first team to participate in V.League 2020. Among them, Le Thanh Lam is a very notable face because he is 1m81 tall, the ideal body of a central defender. Central defender Thanh Lam also trained with his seniors in V.League 2019.

The players will train at U22 Vietnam for 3 days and then return to their clubs to prepare for the matches in V.League and National First Division 2020. However, many players will not be able to participate because the clubs cannot release players.
The list that Coach Park Hang-seo called up included two outstanding young players from Than Quang Ninh, Nguyen Hai Long and Vu Hong Quan. In addition, HAGL also contributed 5 names including strikers Vu Minh Hieu, Au Duong Quan, Canh Anh, Dung Quang Nho and Tran Bao Toan.
It is expected that the list will be officially announced by Coach Park Hang-seo after the National U19 final match taking place on the afternoon of June 28 between PVF and HAGL I.

Who will replace SLNA's center back Hoang Van Khanh for 1 month?
(Baonghean.vn) - With a ligament injury, central defender Hoang Van Khanh will have to rest for at least 1 month. This causes SLNA's defense, which is usually a mainstay, to face real challenges.
