The second reason is that the team will have changes in tactics. And another thing, there are 12 players who are called up to the national team for the first time under my management. They may or may not have been called up before, but I want to have time now for them to adapt to the tactics of the national team.

Regarding Van Quyet, Coach Park said: “He has always been on the list of players we are interested in. Watching Hanoi FC play, I see Van Quyet always playing well.National team dooralways open to all players but need to compete with each other to strive together. Calling Van Quyet up to the national team this time also has no special reason.

In the national team, we do not differentiate between old and young players, as long as they show good form and a good image in the V.League, they will have a chance. A player selected for the national team will have to meet many requirements of the coaching staff and demonstrate personal ability.

The team's current formation is 3-4-3 but many opponents have taken advantage of the loophole. The number of domestic strikers is currently lacking. About 70-80% of clubs use foreign strikers. We have tested many players but apart from Tien Linh and Duc Chinh, there are not many better players. The midfield also needs many options to test. Calling Van Quyet up to the national team is to serve these things."

Regarding the team’s executive committee, Que Ngoc Hai will still take on the role of captain, with Do Hung Dung and Nguyen Van Toan as vice captains.
