The highlight of the first round of V-League 2018 is the match at Hang Day Stadium between Hanoi FC and Hai Phong. Hanoi FC is the team that contributed 6 players to the Vietnam U23 team at the recent U23 Asian Cup, namely Van Hau, Thanh Chung, Duc Huy, Thai Quy, Duy Manh and Quang Hai. Meanwhile, Hai Phong also has some outstanding faces such as goalkeeper Dang Van Lam, who started for the Vietnam team in the 0-0 draw with Jordan at Thong Nhat Stadium last year.
In round 1, there are other matches such as HAGL-B.Binh Duong, Than Quang Ninh - SHB Da Nang, Quang Nam - Saigon FC... But with only arriving in Vietnam 1 day in advance, it is completely understandable that Coach Park immediately started recruiting players for the Vietnamese team to prepare for the return match with Jordan by watching the Hanoi - Hai Phong match, which is expected at Hang Day Stadium.

In addition to the first round on March 10, Coach Park Hang Seo also finalized a plan to monitor the second round of V-League 2018. This is the Korean coach's personal preparation to not miss out on talent, creating balance for the Vietnamese team.
Mr. Park Hang Seo himself affirmed that only players with the best physical condition and form will be called up to the Vietnam national team. Not all of the U23 Vietnam players who participated in the 2018 AFC U23 Championship are guaranteed a place on the team and could completely lose their position.
The Vietnamese team will visit Jordan on March 27 in the final match of the third qualifying round of the 2019 Asian Cup. Although in Group C, both host Jordan and the Vietnamese team have qualified for the finals, coach Park Hang Seo and the Vietnamese team will not lose their focus.
Not only does coach Park Hang Seo want the Vietnamese team to have the best preparation for the upcoming match with Jordan, the players themselves also want to catch the eye of the Korean head coach. Above all, the match on March 10 is also the beginning of a new season full of confidence, hope and opportunity. Therefore, any professional Vietnamese player currently playing in the V-League is determined to have the smoothest start.
Nam Dinh, SLNA or Quang Nam are the teams that ended their Tet holiday on the 3rd day of Tet, Saigon FC, SHB Da Nang also gathered again a day later, followed by S.Khanh Hoa, B.Binh Duong, Ha Noi FC... On the 6th day of Tet, Hai Phong will also gather again.
There are only about 20 days left from now until the opening day of V-League 2018 and all clubs must speed up and get into the rhythm right away to have the smoothest start to the new season.
