Coach Phan Nhu Thuat: 'Song Lam Nghe An will add more players'
At the training session before the match against Hanoi Police Club, coach Phan Nhu Thuat said that Song Lam Nghe An is trying to supplement its forces.
On the afternoon of January 17, Song Lam Nghe An Club had a practice session at Hang Day Stadium to prepare for the match against Hanoi Police Club in round 10 of V.League 2024/25.
Sharing before the training session, coach Phan Nhu Thuat said: ''After the victory against SHB Da Nang, our players' spirit is better, they have confidence. During the break, the whole team put a lot of determination into training. I see that the team has overcome many weaknesses''.

Talking about tomorrow's match, the captain of the Nghe An team shared: ''We are missing a few players in the upcoming match, but I built the team to play in a collective style. I think the absence of key players should be the reason why the whole team should try to unite and overcome''.
Evaluating the Police team, Mr. Phan Nhu Thuat said that the home team is very strong: ''The Hanoi Police Club has many players from the National Team. They have a good attacking style of play''.
Sharing about the upcoming plan, coach Nhu Thuat said: 'In the coming time, we will try to add more players. Song Lam Nghe An's goal is to make an effort in each match, and the players will also try to show themselves in the best way.''

Meanwhile, midfielder Dinh Xuan Tien said: "The match with Hanoi Police will be very difficult but this is a challenge for the whole team.
Recently, the coaching staff has helped the players change quite a bit. Since the entire team is young, the coaching staff has promoted the spirit of team effort, followed by tactics and physical strength.
Currently, SLNA is suffering from many injuries, but the remaining players will meet professional requirements. If they play at their best, Song Lam Nghe An can completely create a surprise. Football cannot predict anything. Currently, Song Lam Nghe An is in better form," Dinh Xuan Tien affirmed.
Song Lam Nghe An Club has yet to win a single match in the V.League and is second to last in the standings. Meanwhile, Hanoi Police Club is sixth in the standings and is hoping to win the championship.
Coach Polking's team aims to beat Song Lam Nghe An to get a higher ranking on the rankings. Furthermore, Nam Dinh and Thanh Hoa held each other to a 1-1 draw. This is an opportunity for Quang Hai and his teammates to shorten the gap with the two leading teams.
On the other side of the battle line, coach Phan Nhu Thuat and his team also need points to compete in the "battle" to escape relegation. The Nghe An team is at a big disadvantage when Michael Olaha is injured and has no return date yet./.
