Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Xuan Cuong said that so far, 5 out of 10 large enterprises producing animal feed have reduced the price of animal feed by about 100 billion VND. Some of them have stopped selling pork on the market by slaughtering, freezing and storing it in cold storage. The supermarket chains Big C and Saigon Co.opmart have reduced the price of pork by 15 to 20% to stimulate consumption.
