Recently, the Department of Construction and the People's Committee of Xuyen Moc district inspected and determined that Ho Quynh Huong had completed construction of items with a total area of about 3,000 m2.2, including a stage, a music viewing area and a solid surrounding fence... so a record was made to temporarily stop construction, and a decision was made to impose a fine of 20 million VND.
The singer's manager, Ms. Ho Quynh Tam, said that during the construction process, local construction workers said thatBecause this is a rural area, in addition to the licensed land, some temporary items can be built. "Because I am an artist, I am not familiar and listen to the rules, so I built a little more so that my family and children can have a spacious place to rest," said Ms. Tam.
According to Ms. Tam, the female singer has paid the fine and is completing the documents for local authorities to grant a construction permit for the addition.
Regarding the construction of the tourist area, Ms. Tam said that this is just a family-oriented project. "People come here to play, socialize, and entertain, but we have not done any business or collected money from anyone," Ms. Tam said, adding that the signboard of Dinh Bao Tourist Area was put up by the manager as a test sign and was later taken down.
