Support 137 million VND for more than 60 poor households in mountainous areas
(Baonghean.vn) - More than 60 poor households in 3 communes: Mon Son (Con Cuong), Tam Hop (Tuong Duong) and Bac Ly (Ky Son) will receive support from Nghe An Border Guard with livestock and house repairs.

On November 3, the Nghe An Border Guard Command issued a Decision on financial support for building and repairing houses and buying livestock to help poor households in Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district;Tam Hop, Tuong Duong district and Bac Ly, Ky Son district develop economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.
The total cost of implementation is 137,000,000 VND, including: support for repairing 5 houses with an amount of 50 million VND for 5 poor households in Tam Hop commune; support for buying 58 breeding goats with a total value of 87 million VND for 29 households in Mon Son commune (17 households) and Bac Ly commune (12 households).

The Provincial Border Guard Command assigned relevant units and the three Border Guard stations of My Ly, Tam Hop and Mon Son to effectively help the people of the three poor communes mentioned above; organize officers and soldiers to participate in working days to help poor households in the border area repair their houses; guide households to actively raise livestock to develop the economy, gradually increase income and stabilize their lives.
