(Baonghean.vn) - On May 27, Division 324 (Military Region 4) and Regiment 1 coordinated with the Party Committee and authorities of Hamlet 9, Ngoc Son Commune, Thanh Chuong District to start building a "comrade house" for Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Dinh Phu, Deputy Political Commissar of Battalion 1.

First Lieutenant Nguyen Dinh Phu has a particularly difficult situation. His parents died early, his three siblings live with their elderly grandmother, his brother is a soldier who had an accident and is waiting to be demobilized, his wife and younger sister have unstable jobs, the family's economy is very difficult, the current house is degraded but there are no conditions to build a new house.

Faced with that situation, the Ministry of National Defense allocated 70 million VND from the "Comrades' House" Fund to support the family and Regiment 1 established a team of 13 officers and soldiers to help the family build a house. It is expected that with the above support and contributions from family, brothers and relatives, the family of Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Dinh Phu will build a level 4 house, consisting of 5 rooms, with an area of 110 m2.²with a total cost of 250 million VND.
