(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 19, Thien Tam Fund - Vingroup Corporation coordinated with the Association of Former Youth Volunteers of Quy Hop and Thanh Chuong districts to support breeding cows for former Youth Volunteers in difficult circumstances.
In Quy Hop:
During this period, Thien Tam Fund - Vingroup Corporation donated 42 breeding cows to 42 disadvantaged households of former Youth Volunteers who have conditions to develop livestock farming in 21 communes and towns of Quy Hop district. The value of each breeding cow is from 18 to 20 million VND.

The members of the Former Youth Volunteers Association signed a commitment that after receiving the breeding cows, they would take good care of them so that they could reproduce and the first calves born would continue to be given to other member households to raise together to alleviate poverty.
This is one of the activities within the social security program and the goal of sustainable poverty reduction to develop the economy - society, ensure national defense - security of Thien Tam Fund - Vingroup Group implemented in many provinces and cities across the country, including Nghe An from 2006 to present.
It is known that in 2015, the Quy Hop District Veterans Association also received support from Thien Tam Fund to build 4 houses for 4 poor veteran veterans with a total value of 200 million VND.

This time, the calf lending project of Thien Tam Fund - Vingroup Corporation has given 42 cows to 42 former Youth Volunteers households with difficult conditions and circumstances in 40 communes and towns of Thanh Chuong district. The total value is nearly 800 million VND. The former Youth Volunteers households were also given additional documents on raising cattle and measures to prevent and treat diseases for cattle; trained in cattle raising techniques and signed a commitment to raise good cattle.
