Support for operating international flight route Vinh - Vientiane

(Baonghean) -Effectively exploiting the Vinh - Vientiane flight route and soon adjusting Vinh Airport to an international airport are necessary, creating favorable conditions for attracting investment, tourism and socio-economic development of Nghe An province in particular and the North Central region in general.

Therefore, maintaining the Vinh - Vientiane flight route is very important in adjusting the planning of Vinh airport to become an international airport and opening other flight routes. Therefore, on June 19, 2014, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Letter No. 4198/UBND-GT requesting Military Region 4, departments, branches, provincial agencies and organizations; People's Committees of districts, cities and towns; universities in the area, business associations, businessmen of agencies and enterprises located in the province to continue to support information dissemination to organizations, cadres, employees, people and students to know information about the flight route.Vinh - Vientiane as well as mobilizing and encouraging people, officials, workers and employees to participate in work and travel by Vinh - Vientiane flight. Each sector, district and unit should try to mobilize and organize 1 delegation from now until August 2014.

The Department of Transport is the focal point, proactively contacting the above units to arrange the delegation; coordinating with Vietnam Airlines branch in Nghe An to organize reasonable flight participation, monthly synthesizing and reporting the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee.

We request that agencies, units and enterprises pay attention to implementing the above content for the development of Vinh Airport, so that Vinh Airport can contribute better and better to the socio-economic development of the province.
