Financial support for poor heart surgery patients

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 1, the Yen Thanh Charity Group (Nghe An) visited and supported more than 25 million VND for Ms. Cao Thi Tam (born in 1976), residing in Phu Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, for heart surgery.

Ms. Cao Thi Tam discovered that she had heart disease many years ago, but due to her family's difficult circumstances, she could not afford treatment. In early 2017, when her heart attacks made it difficult for her to breathe, her family took her to Nghe An General Hospital for examination and she was scheduled for heart surgery due to an open heart and a perforated eardrum.

Understanding the family's difficult circumstances, Yen Thanh Charity group donated 25,100,000 VND in time to support Ms. Tam's surgery costs.
