According to statistics from the health sector, the whole province has 62 12th grade students in the F1 category, 871 students in the F2 category, and 848 students in the F3 category. This year, to ensure safety at the examination sites, the Health sector has also directed the arrangement of a working group of 2-4 staff members at each examination site to participate in measuring body temperature, ensuring disease prevention and control for examination staff and candidates at each examination site. Regarding emergency response, local health centers will be assigned to arrange a medical team of 2-3 staff members at each examination site.

At the same time, prepare a stock of medicines, medical supplies and equipment... to handle initial emergencies and promptly contact upper-level medical facilities for support (if beyond capacity) in case of emergencies. Regarding this content, today the Department of Education and Training has issued a document requesting the Examination Councils and units under the Department to coordinate with departments, branches and local authorities to ensure medical work during the 2021 high school graduation exam. In particular, it is necessary to carry out disinfection of exam sites, pay attention to food safety issues, and arrange facilities for staff on duty at exam sites.

In particular, the industry requires schools to continue to coordinate in reviewing candidates and exam supervisors related to the epidemic and make a list of candidates and exam supervisors in localities with Covid-19 epidemic who come to take the exam or work as exam supervisors in other localities and send it to the Department of Education and Training to grasp the number on a daily basis.

The Department of Education and Training also decided to support the cost of rapid SARS-CoV-2 testing for F2 subjects and candidates and exam supervisors who are not F subjects but are in medical quarantine areas with a support level of 100,000 VND/person. The remaining funding will be mobilized by localities or schools from other legal funding sources.

In addition to this subject, many schools will also conduct rapid SARS-CoV-2 tests for supervisors and forces working on the 2021 high school graduation exam.
