This year, Nghe An was one of the localities severely affected by natural disasters, especially typhoons No. 3, No. 5, and No. 10. Government Decree 09 and Provincial People's Council Resolution 16 clearly stipulate policies to support damage caused by natural disasters to crops and livestock. However, many months have passed, so why have households still not received any support? What is the reason for this delay?
