One of the new and outstanding points of the 2024 Land Law and Decree No. 88/2024/ND-CP compared to previous regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims land is that localities must complete synchronous technical and social infrastructure in resettlement areas before making a decision to reclaim land.
