Death hole in Japan disappears in the 'blink of an eye'
A four-lane road collapsed into a giant sinkhole in front of Hakata Station in Fukuoka City, southern Japan, on the evening of November 8. It was 30 meters long, 27 meters wide and 15 meters deep. Workers filled the hole with 6,200 cubic meters of sand, soil and cement within 48 hours and inspected and completed it after 4 days.
