Miss Ky Duyen determined to sue to claim honor to the end

Not accepting being taken advantage of, Miss Vietnam 2014 asked a lawyer to intervene.

Previously, the cause started from the incident where the beauty queen and her mother were said to have been accused by a fake Facebook account named TM of swearing and behaving uncivilly in public. The incident was only clarified when Ky Duyen's team spoke up. And right after the accusation without evidence, TM closed her personal page and disappeared.

While the heat of the “false accusations” has not yet cooled down, Ky Duyen’s image continues to be used without permission by a dirty website for advertising and attracting customers. Accordingly, the image of the beauty queen on this dark website is flooded, causing people who do not have the opportunity to understand the story to think that the beauty queen has a very complicated private life and lacks moral standards.

In just a few days, Miss Vietnam 2014 got into trouble twice regarding her dignity, causing her to exclaim in frustration: "I feel like my head is going to explode because I'm so tired."

Speaking to reporters on the morning of March 25, Mr. Trong Nghia, media representative of Miss Ky Duyen, said: "We have completed all necessary procedures and documents and handed them over to the lawyer for handling. I will continue to cooperate so that the lawsuit can achieve the best results."

The representative of Miss Ky Duyen in this legal battle is lawyer Le Quang Vy - who has long been trusted by many Vietnamese artists. Although he agreed to help Ky Duyen with all his efforts, lawyer Vy himself had to admit that there were key points that were difficult to resolve in the process of reclaiming the young beauty queen's honor.

Accordingly, it is not easy to sue a website originating in Japan, and a Facebook account that no longer exists. However, lawyer Le Quang Vy affirmed that he will do his best to bring the matter to light, to restore the honor of the beauty queen.

Miss Ky Duyen is tired of being involved in continuous "scandals".

Fully understanding the difficulty in the process of seeking justice, both Ky Duyen and her manager, Mr. Luong Trong Nghia, knew the risk they had to accept, because the final result could be zero. However, the beauty queen's team was determined to "go all the way" with this lawsuit.

Explaining his determination, Mr. Nghia shared that the two "out of the blue" events in the past have caused Miss Vietnam 2014 to face too many disadvantages, not only affecting her mentally but also physically. "Ky Duyen may lose her good image in the eyes of the public because of these scandals, not to mention that partners and customers may misunderstand, causing damage in work contracts that are being and will be signed" - he said.

On the legal representative side, lawyer Le Quang Vy, although unable to provide specific information on the solution, said he is trying his best to research and consolidate the case. However, "in any case, the violating party will have to correct, apologize and compensate for damages (if any) to Miss Ky Duyen according to the law", lawyer Vy affirmed./.
