Vietnamese beauty queen reveals secret to staying young and beautiful after giving birth 3 times

Appearing at an event of a high-end Korean cosmetics brand on the afternoon of December 8 in Hanoi, Jennifer Pham showed off her youthful beauty in a classic white dress. The outfit is part of the 2017 fall-winter collection 'Heart'n Hands' by designer Xuan Le.

The beauty queen said that at the end of the year she was very busy running shows as an MC and attending events. Luckily, she had her husband - businessman Duc Hai to support and take care of her two young children.

Talking about the secret to maintaining her figure and beauty despite having 3 children, she said: "Giving birth greatly affects a woman's health, and I am no exception. Because I am a public figure, I have a lot of pressure to appear in front of everyone with the best image. Therefore, in addition to skin care, I also work out regularly to have a slim figure. Every day, I take advantage of the time when my children go to school to do some simple exercises."

The beauty queen also confided that she and her husband live in Hanoi, but because of work, she often has to fly to Saigon or big cities to perform shows. However, she always considers family as the top priority in life. Whenever she can arrange her work schedule, she and her husband compensate for their children by taking long trips.

A happy family is also a factor that helps Jennifer Pham's demeanor always radiate.
