During the interview, Phuong Nga found that this company not only organized events but also had many unsuitable jobs, so she refused. Later, the two kept in touch. From 2012, they started a relationship, and broke up 3 years later.

Explaining the amount of 16.5 billion VND she received from My, Phuong Nga said that when they were still in love, she discovered that he was already married. Because she had true feelings for him, she wanted to continue her relationship with Mr. My, without needing a title because she herself realized that "marriage is not important".

"The defendant set conditions, if you are serious then prove it with actions. He agreed that if the defendant maintains feelings for him for at least 7 years, he will transfer that amount of money to the defendant. During this time, if the defendant goes with someone else, he must compensate the defendant for the entire amount. He also bought ink for the defendant to take fingerprints...", the beauty stated and affirmed that Mr. My's transfer of money to her was completely voluntary.

Phuong Nga also said that before being arrested, she admitted that it was money to buy a house for Mr. My, but "these statements were not true because at that time she was incited and mentally threatened."

Nga confessed that after her relationship with the tycoon broke down, he threatened to have someone put her in a prostitution ring. She confided this to people named Tam and Phuong, who encouraged her to sign a house purchase contract with the tycoon.

"Ms. Tam and Phuong said that he had many relationships with the Ministry of Public Security's investigation officers, so it would not be difficult to link the defendant to the prostitution ring. Ms. Phuong also said that they were about to arrest the defendant. The defendant trusted them and followed their instructions," Nga testified, adding that hiring someone to pretend to be the owner of the house to sell to the tycoon was also under the guidance of these people.

Explaining why he did not use his own account to receive money but asked Mr. My to transfer it to his friend's account - the defendantNguyen Duc Thuy Dung (27 years old) -Nga said that because she was in showbiz, she did not want to have a lot of money in her account. Moreover, Dung was her close friend and she trusted her completely. However, she refused to answer the judge's question about what the money was used for.

"The defendant was truly wronged, and the defendant had to confess because she did not want to affect her family relationship," she said. The beauty also said that she had filed a complaint against Mr. My with the Ho Chi Minh City Police for violating the marriage law, but later withdrew it. "Because Ms. Phuong said that if she reported, everyone would know about the defendant's relationship with My, which would be the basis for him to charge the defendant with prostitution," Nga explained.

Regarding the matter of signing the debt acknowledgment of 16.5 billion VND from Mr. My, Nga affirmed that he and 4 other people forced her into the karaoke bar and forced her to sign the acknowledgment.

She also said that the 16.5 billion VND was money that My voluntarily gave to Nga to fulfill a "love contract" and not to buy a house.
