Sania Shakirova (born 1987) is the representative of Kyrgyzstan in the Miss Universe Beauty 2018 contest held in Vietnam.

According to Sputnik, the accident occurred when the taxi carrying Saniya Shakirova crashed into the wall surrounding the cemetery in the village of Chok-Tal. The Kyrgyz beauty queen died on the spot.

Miss Sania Shakirova once shared: "For me, family is the most important thing in life. I have three children, and they have always been the driving force in my life. After the divorce, I struggled to think about what to do next, how to live as a single mother raising three young children... And then I realized that I needed to overcome and try, for the sake of my children."
