For the first time entering the film industry, Miss Thuy Tien admitted to feeling a lot of pressure when playing the role of a servant with a pitiful fate. The beauty showed her determination and effort with her first role in the movie "Lynx: Ghost in the Palace".

Film project showcase eventLynx: Possessedjust took place in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of actors such as artist Hong Dao, Miss Thuy Tien, actors Van Anh, Samuel An, Thien An... At the event, Thuy Tien impressed when wearing a traditional black ao dai, light makeup, simple hair to recreate the portrait of her character.

In the film, the beauty plays Phuong, a servant in Duong Phuc's family. The project marks Thuy Tien's first film role after taking acting courses. Sharing about the role, the beauty queen said: "I am not a fan of horror films. But when I participated in the casting and heard people talk about the character and the story, I found it very interesting. I felt that Phuong's fate was very pitiful. The film's script as well as the diversity in the character's psychology gave me many opportunities to express myself in my first role."

The 26-year-old beauty shared that the character and story in the film are not related to real life. This made it difficult for her to find the emotions to portray the role. For her first time trying her hand at cinema, Thuy Tien had to learn to speak in a Hue accent to play the role of Phuong. At the showcase, she also confidently performed a Hue accent line on stage, receiving cheers from the guests.

Talking about Thuy Tien, artist Hong Dao gave the beauty queen many compliments. “Tien is an intelligent person and always makes an effort. I was surprised by Tien's ability to speak Hue dialect even though she couldn't speak it before. But Tien made me stop worrying about that when we returned to the filming set. In addition, Tien is also a person who is not afraid of difficulties, is very determined in everything she does and wants to bring the best without being afraid to reshoot. If this is Tien's first film, I think Tien has great potential in acting. Tien is a capable, beautiful, determined and sensitive person. With those qualities, Tien will become a future star of the Vietnamese film industry," the female artist expressed.

MovieLynx: PossessedBorrowing inspiration from the folk legend of "ghost possession" as the backbone to tell the story of a family originating from the ceramic mosaic craft in Hue. Along with the appeal of traditional culture combined with supernatural elements, the film also impresses with its cast including artists Hong Dao, Samuel An, Van Anh, Thien An, Thuy Tien... The project will officially premiere on November 22 in cinemas nationwide.
