Beauty Queen Nam Em nominated for Miss Earth 2016

The copyright holder of Miss Earth in Vietnam has chosen Miss Mekong Delta as the domestic candidate to compete in the Philippines in October.

The unit holding the copyright of Miss Earth in Vietnam - Helios company - said that after the process of researching and selecting beautiful faces in the country, this unit nominated Nam Em as the only candidate.

"Nam Em almost meets all the requirements to be able to confidently 'bring the bell to strike foreign lands'. She has a title, good body measurements, and a fashion style that is being perfected. Not only that, Nam Em also has singing and acting skills and has participated in many volunteer activities and environmental programs - these are decisive factors at Miss Earth", said Mr. Nguyen Chien Huu - representative of the nominating unit.

This unit is completing the documents to send to the Department of Performing Arts to request permission for Nam Em to participate in the contest. The final round of Miss Earth 2016 is scheduled to take place at the end of October in the Philippines with the participation of beauties from nearly 90 countries and territories. If approved by the Department, Nam Em will be the first beauty to return to Miss Earth after three years of Vietnam's absence from this event.

One year since being crowned Miss Mekong Delta 2015, Nam Em has been commented to be more and more beautiful. She is 1.73 m tall, weighs 50 kg, and has current body measurements of 85-60-90 cm. Not only has her figure improved compared to when she first entered the entertainment industry, Nam Em is constantly training and improving herself. She attends soft skills classes and improves her English.

If licensed by the Department of Performing Arts, Nam Em will be the first beauty to return to Miss Earth after three years of Vietnam's absence from this contest.

Nam Em regularly appears in fashion shows, participating in shows as a professional model. She also practices being a singer when releasing a music single, participating in the singing contest Tinh Bolero 2016. The beauty queen also appears in many social activities such as: being an ambassador for the Mekong Delta Green Tourism Week 2015, participating in the coral reef protection campaign, giving gifts to children in difficult circumstances...

In addition to the title of Miss Mekong Delta 2015, she also competed in Miss Universe 2015 and entered the top 10 finalists.
