The National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings is held every 5 years by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, aiming to discover and honor outstanding individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; creating a ripple effect and positive influence on young people across the country.
The commendation ceremony will take place at 2:00 p.m. on May 17 at the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials and will be broadcast live.
