Drawing with U15 Dak Lak in the final round of the group stage, U15 Song Lam Nghe An won the right to enter the Quarterfinals as the winner of Group C. Coach Le Manh Huy's team will meet the third-placed team of Group B - U15 Kon Tum. The match between U15 Dak Lak and U15 Song Lam Nghe An took place on the afternoon of July 26, at the PVF Youth Football Training Center stadium.

In the opening match, coach Le Manh Huy's team started impressively when they crushed U15 An Giang with a score of 5-0. However, in the second match, U15 Song Lam Nghe An unfortunately lost the victory when U15 Hong Linh Ha Tinh equalized in the final minutes. This draw prevented coach Le Manh Huy and his team from reaching the Quarterfinals and forced them to wait until the final match against U15 Dak Lak to decide their fate.
However, with the situation in the remaining groups, U15 Song Lam Nghe An only needs to not lose more than 4 goals against U15 Dak Lak to qualify for the next round.
Cautious about the decisive nature of the match, Coach Le Manh Huy kept the same main frame in the starting lineup, and continued to use the familiar 4-2-3-1 formation.
