The delegation also inspected the Quan Bau High School examination site. This is the second examination site of the Ha Huy Tap High School examination council with 18 examination rooms, including 4 additional examination rooms of the Sports Gifted High School.
At this testing site, according to the report of the Principal of Ha Huy Tap High School, the most worrying issue is ensuring that all candidates arrive on time to avoid skipping the test. Learning from previous years' experience, this year, the school has collected the phone numbers of all secondary schools where candidates are taking the test. In case a candidate arrives late, the school will directly call the schools to inform the candidate or the candidate's family.

At the Examination Council of Nguyen Duy Trinh High School (Nghi Loc District), the delegation of the Nghe An Provincial Examination Steering Committee inspected the preparation of facilities, the storage area for exam papers and test papers of candidates. According to the report of the school principal, this year, Nguyen Duy Trinh High School has 774 candidates registered for the exam, arranged in 32 exam rooms.
This is also the unit with the largest number of candidates registered for the exam in Nghi Loc district. Currently, the school has basically completed the preparation work and is ready to welcome candidates. Accordingly, the exam cards have been issued to all candidates according to each secondary school where they study.

The exam schedule, exam location map, regulations and list of candidates in the exam rooms have also been fully posted. In addition, more than 100 personnel have been mobilized to perform exam duties, including invigilators, police officers guarding the outer perimeter, police officers on duty 24/7 to protect the exam storage room, candidates' exam papers, medical staff, service staff and volunteers to support the exam season.
Through the inspection, Mr. Dao Cong Loi - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the 10th grade entrance exam in Nghe An province acknowledged the careful, responsible, serious, and proper preparation of the examination councils. However, this is an important exam, so all stages of the exam organization must not be subjective or negligent.

According to Mr. Dao Cong Loi, this is the last exam to be held under the 2006 General Education Program. From next year, the exam will take place under the new General Education Program.
This is also the exam with the largest increase in the number of candidates ever, with more than 44,000 candidates registering for the exam across the province. Therefore, the exam steering committee has thoroughly communicated the tasks to relevant departments, branches and units to ensure the exam takes place safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations.

Before the exam, schools need to inform parents, students and local secondary schools about the exam plan to provide full and clear information, avoiding unfortunate confusion; at the same time, create the most favorable conditions for candidates, so that no student is unable to attend the exam due to difficulties.
During the hot weather, the exam locations need to check and provide enough fans and drinking water for candidates. The district exam steering committee also needs to mobilize the participation of relevant departments and sectors, ready to support candidates in all situations./.
