(Baonghean) - After 15 days of intensive construction, the large bronze bell at Chi Linh Pagoda in Yen Thanh district has been completed and is considered the largest bronze bell in Nghe An province. The bell is 2.15m high, 1.28m in diameter, and weighs 1.5 tons. It is intricately carved with patterns and motifs by bronze casting artisans from the ancient capital of Hue, at a total cost of over 600 million VND. Along with the installation of a nearly 3m tall statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, the casting of the large bronze bell at Chi Linh Pagoda is an activity of great cultural and spiritual significance.

Currently, the People's Committee of Yen Thanh district is accelerating the implementation of the project to build a spiritual and ecological tourism area located within the Gam mountain complex in Xuan Thanh commune.
