Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Official Dispatch No. 1026/TTg-PL dated August 23, 2025 requesting ministries, branches and localities to focus on directing the work of building and perfecting institutions and laws.

General Secretary To Lam chaired the meeting of the Central Steering Committee on perfecting institutions and laws.

On the afternoon of August 5, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, General Secretary To Lam chaired a thematic meeting of the Central Steering Committee on institutional and legal improvement. Attending the meeting were Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee; National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee, and members of the Steering Committee.
