Industry and handicrafts began to overcome market difficulties, basic construction achieved high value, and services developed. As a result, budget revenue reached 63.4 billion VND.

According to the Hoang Mai Tax Department: this result is equivalent to 86.12% of the provincial budget estimate, 76.55% of the budget estimate assigned by the Town People's Council, and an increase of 142.62% compared to the same period in 2014. (Excluding land use fees, revenue is estimated to reach 97% of the provincial and Town People's Council budget estimates, an increase of 37.75% compared to the same period in 2014).
