Tet gift giving activities in localities
(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the Appeal Letter of the Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to support the program "Tet for the poor - Mau Tuat 2018", on February 11, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Nghe An Typical Business Association, in coordination with the Provincial People's Committee and People's Council organized a visit and presented Tet gifts to poor households and policy families in Vinh City and Hung Nguyen District.
Attending the program were comrades: Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee;Huynh Thanh Dien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Also attending were comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Nghe An province, Mr. Tran Anh Son - Chairman of Nghe An Outstanding Business Association.

In particular, the Nghe An Outstanding Business Association coordinated to present 20 Tet gifts in Hung Chinh commune (Vinh city). In Hung Nguyen district, the Association coordinated to present 53 gifts in Hung Xa commune, 54 gifts in Hung Long commune and 25 gifts in Hung Phu commune.
In Hung Linh commune (Hung Nguyen), the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development coordinated to present 77 Tet gifts to poor households and policy families in the commune.

On this occasion, the delegation visited, encouraged and presented 232 Tet gifts (each gift worth from 500,000 - 1,000,000 VND) to poor households and policy families in Hung Chinh commune (Vinh city) and 4 communes of Hung Nguyen district.

Tet gifts for the poor show the concern, care, encouragement and timely support of leaders at all levels, units and businesses to the poor and policy families on the occasion of Tet.
Speaking at the localities where the delegation came to present gifts, comrade Le Xuan Dai - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited, encouraged the spirit and wished the people a warm and happy Tet Mau Tuat.

Nghe An Policealso donated and supported Tet for the poor with an amount of more than 2.6 billion VND. All 55/55 police officers from units, localities and mass organizations voluntarily supported the poor, and at the same time coordinated with agencies, businesses, and benefactors to register to directly visit and give gifts to policy families, poor households, and police officers and soldiers in especially difficult circumstances.

Tan Ky District Blind Association in coordination with the District Fatherland Front Committeepresented 40 Tet gifts, each worth 500,000 VND with a total value of 20 million VND to members with especially difficult circumstances in the area.
On the same day, the leaderPolice of Prison No. 3 (Department V26)presented gifts to 10 policy families and poor households in Ky Tan commune (Tan Ky), each gift worth 650 thousand VND. The Fatherland Front Committee of Ky Tan commune organized the program "Warm Winter - Loving Spring" to present 128 Tet gifts to the poor, each worth 500 - 600 thousand VND, the total value of the gifts is more than 70 million VND.

Nghi Loc District Labor Federation in coordination with Nghe An Construction CorporationOrganize the program "Tet Sum Vay" 2018 for workers and laborers in difficult circumstances.
On this occasion, Nghi Loc District Labor Federation presented gifts to 16 union members in difficult circumstances of the company. Also on the occasion of "Tet Sum vay" 2018, the District Labor Federation presented 100 gifts worth 30 million VND to workers working in enterprises located in Nghi Loc district.
