*Leaders of the Women's Union of Giai Xuan Commune (Tan Ky), representing the benefactors, visited and presented 2 million VND to Truong Cong Nguyen, Xuan Tien hamlet, Giai Xuan commune.
Nguyen is an ethnic minority with difficult circumstances. His mother left when he was very young. Nguyen lived with his grandmother and father, but his father unfortunately passed away in August 2019 due to a traffic accident.
Currently, Nguyen lives with his elderly grandmother in a small, unfinished house.
Although the gifts from the benefactors were not much, they were timely encouragement, helping to ease some of the burden for the grandmother and her grandchild, giving Nguyen more motivation to continue going to school.
