"On this beautiful day, also to celebrate my upcoming 31st birthday, I would like to share a little about the first 7 jobs I did. It was not easy and full of roses, everyone.
1. At the age of 14, I was new to soccer, riding my bike to Quan Thanh to practice soccer for the first time with a salary of 3,000 VND per practice session, twice a week on Thursday and Sunday. At the end of the month, I received the money and felt so emotional that I didn't even dare to buy a bottle of soft drink. I was already thinking about saving that money to pay for school. In 9th grade, I paid for my own school fees and bought a mini bike with the little money I earned from soccer practice. For me, that was also the first job that helped me earn money and help my parents somewhat.
2. At the age of 18 (2003), the first injury in his career was so severe that he had to retire from competition. That was the time when he worked hard to recover and got a second part-time job - learning to mix drinks and be a cashier. He worked in the evening at the Aladin cafe of singer Thanh Hoa located in the Thang Loi hotel. The first month's salary was about 1-2 million VND. After working for about 3 months, he returned to the national team and that was also a very interesting experience.
3. At the age of 20 (2005-2006), I continued to practice and compete, but then I broke my arm and returned to the club for rehabilitation. During that time, I enrolled in an intermediate course in information technology and an elementary journalism class at the Academy of Journalism and Propaganda. To earn more money for school, I started another part-time job: selling clothes at a brother's sports shop. Besides, on Thursday afternoons, I went to the field to train the children at the air defense and air force yard. On Saturday evenings, I took extra English lessons at the store with Dang Thanh Phuong (Dang Phuong Nam's younger brother) and one or two others whose names I can't remember, because the kind owner paid for teachers for the children to learn more. The monthly salary at that time was about 2-3 million a month, enough for gas and transportation and to support myself without having to ask my parents for money.
4. At the age of 21, after getting a degree in IT and a journalism certificate, I started working part-time for an online newspaper specializing in downloading game applications and updating sports information, predicting match scores. At that time, my friends and I played together to create conditions for us to both play football and work to earn money to pay for school (studying foreign languages part-time at university for 5 consecutive years). The salary at that time was not much and now I don't remember how much I received.
5. At the age of 22 (2007), when she started to build the image of the beautiful female player Ngoc Cham, she also started to have a relationship with television. Being a guest for the sports channel, then after practice sessions, every night she ran to the station to ask the guys to come to the studio to practice reading and presenting. Until now, after many years, she has always been attached to the station as a collaborator, accompanying the sports game show, the programs Crazy with Football, Crazy Saturday and most recently the program Hidden Corner.
6. At the age of 23 (2008-2009), after tireless efforts, the most prestigious individual title, the Vietnam Golden Ball, was also a worthy reward for her personal contributions to Hanoi women's football and the Vietnam national team. This was also a turning point in her career when she was specially appointed to the Hanoi Sports Department as a sports coach and tour guide. Her next job was as an assistant coach, leading the Hanoi 1 team to win the 2011 national championship. At that time, the salary for the department was still very difficult, with a salary of just over 2 million per month.
7. At the age of 26, another life-changing decision, after winning the gold medal as a coach, he decided to work at Noi Bai International Airport. Since then, although he has not pursued a professional coaching career, he has never given up football. He still participates in community football coaching for centers of VietGoal, HYS, Dreamfootball.... and is a coach for the reality TV game show Tiny Player for the past three seasons along with sports game shows of BĐTV and TTTV", Ngoc Cham bragged to his friends.

The 31-year-old former striker said that when she thinks back now, she still doesn't understand why she was able to do so many things at the same time. During her playing time, Ngoc Cham was constantly injured but never sat still, always wanting to work. The peak was in 2010, when she suffered from pleural effusion due to overwork. "Success does not come to those who are not passionate. The more difficult it is, the more passionate the dream becomes," the beautiful former player concluded.
