What to study to become a millionaire?
According to a recent study by Spear's magazine and consulting firm WealthInsight, millionaires around the world have one thing in common: they all have a master's degree.
The richest people hold the highest percentage of MBA degrees at 12%. Those with engineering degrees are second at 10.7%. They are followed by economics, business and law.
Vocational courses are high on the list, while traditional courses like chemistry, history, and biology account for less than 1% of the rich.

In a press conference announcing the research results, director Oliver Williams of WealthInsight said that possessing a master's degree in a number-related field is a special advantage for the rich when accumulating assets.
In addition to MBA and Business degrees, many other millionaires are now working in different fields. For example, most engineering graduates are now entrepreneurs instead of becoming real engineers.
WealthInsight currently maintains a database with information on over 100,000 wealthy individuals globally for research and analysis purposes.
The definition of a high net worth individual (HNWI) is an individual with a net worth greater than $1 million (excluding the value of registered housing).
