The opening ceremony of the new school year 2025 - 2026 is associated with the activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training). Thereby, it aims to spread the glorious historical tradition of the education sector, the spirit of innovation and creativity, towards an effective and quality school year.

With this special property,opening ceremonyin Nghe An province will be heldfrom 7am to 8am September 5according to the unit's operating plan.

To ensure the opening ceremony is solemn, meaningful, practical, economical, and has a wide influence throughout the industry and society, the Department of Education and Training requires schools to organize it with concise content to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for the opening day.

Afterward,tfrom 8am to 9am, all educational institutions (both public and non-public) will hold opening ceremonies at the same time as the 80th Anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of National Education (now the Ministry of Education and Training) and the opening of the 2025-2026 school year of the Ministry of Education and Training at the National Convention Center.

The ceremony will be broadcast via VTV1; depending on the actual conditions of each school, localities will organize the whole school or in each classroom.
