Students bring a warm Tet to poor children in SOS Children's Village

(Baonghean.vn) - The program "For the laughter of children" is a volunteer activity in the series of activities of Warm Spring, organized by the Student Volunteer Association of Nghe An - Ha Tinh compatriots of the National Economics University and the Youth Union of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted.

This is the third year the program has been held at SOS Children's Village Vinh, with the aim of sharing difficulties and bringing joy to less fortunate children.

From January 11 to January 31, the program had practical activities at SOS Children's Village. The Teaching Board with 49 volunteers from Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted came to teach the children. Each family had 3-4 volunteers to tutor and share with the children about their learning problems.

The Arts Department and the children here practice their performances. At the "For Children's Laughter" festival taking place on January 31, 2016 (December 22), there will be activities such as entertainment, arts, and volunteers giving the children handmade gifts.

This is not only a meaningful activity for the children here but also an opportunity for students to share love with people in special circumstances during the Tet holiday.
