Vietnamese students win two gold medals at the International Math Talent Search competition
47 out of 52 students of the Vietnamese delegation won prizes, including 15 silver medals and 23 bronze medals.
The Hanoi Department of Education and Training said on February 13 that the Vietnamese student delegation taking the examInternational Mathematical Talent Searchin Thailand brought home 40 medals, including two gold medals.
Of the 52 students who participated in the contest, two candidates, Nguyen Duy Khoi (grade 7, Trung Vuong Secondary School) and Tran Minh Duc (grade 7, Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted), won Gold medals. 15 other students won Silver medals and 23 won Bronze medals; 7 students received Encouragement prizes.
