Highland students enthusiastically compete in folk song singing competition
(Baonghean.vn) - From March 16-17, the Department of Education and Training of Quy Chau district organized a folk song singing contest in primary schools for all primary, secondary and high schools in the district.
The contest is divided into 4 clusters, with65 performances from 25 primary, secondary and high schools in the district.The contest entries all have themes praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the homeland and the country.Reflecting cultural life, production labor as well as teaching and learning activities in schools with genres: Vi, Giam Nghe Tinh and folk songs of regions and ethnic minorities in Quy Chau district.

The contest is not only a healthy and meaningful playground for students, creating conditions for them to show off their singing talents, but also through that, it nurtures, orients and inspires the young generation to appreciate and love folk songs, Vi and Giam, and educates and promotes the traditional cultural values of the nation.
