Highland students compete in making cakes to celebrate March 26

(Baonghean.vn) - To celebrate the 86th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2017), the Youth Union of Anh Son 2 High School organized many meaningful activities, the most exciting of which was the banh chung wrapping competition between the branches.

To celebrate the founding anniversary of the Youth Union this year, the Youth Union of Anh Son 2 High School organized many folk games such as tug of war, sack jumping, etc., especially the exciting cake making competition of 27 student unions.

Each branch has 5 members participating and is required to make a type of traditional cake. The total time to make the cake is 75 minutes, including 15 minutes to prepare ingredients and 60 minutes to cook. The types of traditional cakes chosen by many branches include: baked cakes, sticky rice cakes, sticky rice cakes, five-color vegetarian sticky rice cakes, it cakes, steamed buns, pillow cakes, crepes, beo cakes, etc.
