(Baonghean) - Every year, around May and June, when the rice on the terraced fields has been harvested, Tuong Duong district organizes a local product fair and competition in Tam Thai commune.
This is not only an opportunity for people in the communes in the district to exchange and trade, but also to encourage the preservation of the unique cultural identity of ethnic groups.
At the fair, a wide variety of goods, from foodstuffs such as sticky rice, bamboo-tube rice, and pork... to consumer goods such as Thai skirts and Mong knives... are on display.
