Nghe An Provincial People's Council convened the second session, term XVIII

The announcement stated: Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government 2015; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Government dated November 22, 2019; Resolution No. 30/NQ-HDND dated July 4, 2021 on organizing the 2021 regular session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial People's Council decided to convene the second session of the 18th Provincial People's Council; expected to be held in 2 days.(August 12 and 13, 2021)in Vinh city.

The meeting will review and evaluate the implementation of the province's socio-economic development plan in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2021; review the report on the work results in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2021 of the Standing Committee, the Provincial People's Council Committees, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Court, the Provincial People's Procuracy, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency and some related reports; review and approve draft Resolutions on socio-economic, national defense and security in the province and decide on some important contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Council.

In the announcement, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Nghe An province respectfully informs the delegates of the 18th Provincial People's Council and related agencies, organizations and units in the province to arrange their work plans and arrange time to attend the meeting.
