The Ho Chi Minh City Spring Flower Festival attracted 600,000 visitors.
The Spring Flower Festival of the Year of the Snake 2013, held at Tao Dan Cultural Park (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), attracted nearly 600,000 visitors.
With the theme "The Nation's Strength and the People's Spirit" and the title "The Stance of Vietnam," the 2013 Spring Flower Festival brought together more than 8,000 exhibits from artisans in Ho Chi Minh City, neighboring provinces, and several Asian countries.

The Spring Flower Festival is a traditional activity and a unique cultural event of Ho Chi Minh City.
After 12 days of being open to the public and tourists, the Spring Flower Festival concluded on the evening of February 16th (the 7th day of the Lunar New Year) with a special art program "A Glimpse of Homeland" and the awarding of prizes to the winning works and exhibits.
The organizing committee awarded 351 prizes, including one outstanding exhibit, two special prizes, 42 gold prizes, 71 silver prizes, 95 bronze prizes, and 140 consolation prizes.
The award for outstanding exhibit went to the tamarind tree (ancient bonsai category) by artisan Bui Quoc.
The Spring Flower Festival is a traditional activity and a unique cultural event of Ho Chi Minh City every spring.
