February Regular Reporting Conference

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of February 25th, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held its regular monthly briefing conference for February 2014. Comrade Le Ba Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee and Head of the Propaganda Department, chaired the conference.

Overview of the conference

The conference heard presentations from speakers of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department on the following topics: some situations before, during, and after Tet in the province and the whole country; the socio-economic situation and results of the province's Spring Investment Promotion Conference in the Year of the Horse, as well as the socio-economic development situation of the whole country in early 2014; the maritime and island program, the 40th anniversary of China's occupation of the Paracel Islands, the current situation in the East Sea, and the tasks of maritime and island propaganda work in 2014.

Also at the conference, the speakers received some information on recent international news, especially the extremely complex developments in Thailand and Ukraine, and heard guidance on propaganda regarding outstanding activities in our province in the coming period. Based on that, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the speakers to seriously absorb the information in order to convey it to cadres and Party members at the grassroots level.
