Conference of Chief of Office of Provincial Party Committee, City Party Committee of Northern Provinces
(Baonghean.vn)-On the morning of July 15, 2014, in Cua Lo Town, the Central Party Office organized the 2014 conference of the Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee and City Party Committee of the Northern provinces. Comrade Tran Quoc Vuong, Secretary of the Central Party Committee and Chief of Office of the Central Party Committee chaired the conference. Also attending were the Chiefs of Office of the Provincial Party Committee and City Party Committee of 28 Northern provinces.
Attending the Conference on behalf of Nghe An province were comrades: Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Cong Duong - Member of the Standing Committee, Chief of Office of the Provincial Party Committee.

After the opening speech of the conference by the Organizing Committee, on behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, comrade Ho Duc Phoc, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, delivered a welcome speech to the conference, introducing some basic features of Nghe An's socio-economic situation in the first 6 months of the year, some major development orientations of the province until 2020; highly appreciating the practical significance of the conference for the preparation of Party congresses at all levels, towards the 12th National Party Congress.
