In particular, in the 2020-2021 school year, to meet the requirements of innovative teaching programs, the Nghe An Education Trade Union has encouraged staff to overcome difficulties to approach new and effective teaching methods, avoiding conflicting information that affects the industry's policies.

In addition, the work of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, teachers and workers has also received attention. In addition to timely support for union members and workers facing many difficulties, the industry also has many support programs for remote, isolated and disadvantaged areas. In the first semester alone, the industry has allocated more than 3 billion VND to support nearly 4,000 cadres, teachers and more than 300 students and 20 units in disadvantaged and special areas.
