At the 10th Conference, the 12th Party Central Committee heard reports and discussed important contents:
+ Outline of the Political Report and Outline of the Report on 10 Years of Implementation of the 2011 Platform. After a process of supplementation, editing and completion, these draft Reports will be submitted to the 13th National Congress of the Party to be held in early 2021.
+ Outline of the Report summarizing the implementation of the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2011-2020, building the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030 and the Report on the 5-year Socio-Economic Situation 2016-2020, the 5-year Socio-Economic Development Plan 2021-2025. These draft documents, when completed, will be submitted to the 13th National Party Congress.
+ Outline of the Report summarizing Party building work and implementing the Party Charter (to be submitted to the 13th National Party Congress).
+ Summarize the implementation of Directive No. 36-CT/TW of the Politburo (11th tenure) on party congresses at all levels, towards the 12th National Congress of the Party and the Draft Directive of the 12th Politburo on party congresses at all levels, towards the 13th National Congress of the Party.
At this 10th Conference, the Central Executive Committee also heard reports on important tasks that the Politburo has directed and resolved since the 9th Central Conference; and heard reports on the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work in 2018 and the first months of 2019.
