The Women's Association of Vinh City begins construction of a "shelter of love" house.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of May 31st, the Vinh City Women's Association, in coordination with the Truong Thi Ward Women's Association, commenced the construction of a "house of love" for member Ngo Hai Yen in Block 10, Truong Thi Ward.

The Women's Association of Truong Thi Ward mobilized its members to donate 15 million VND, the City Women's Association allocated 20 million VND from the pig-raising savings movement of women's associations in wards and communes, and the block's leadership committee provided 5 million VND to help Ms. Ngo Hai Yen's family build a house of love and compassion. The house was built with a total cost of 50 million VND.
