Provincial-wide competition for outstanding commune police officers, cluster 3, 2015

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 30th, at the Thai Hoa Town Cultural, Information and Sports Center, the Nghe An Provincial Police organized the 2015 Provincial Excellent Commune Police Officer Competition, Cluster 3, comprising the districts of Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Nghia Dan, Thai Hoa and Yen Thanh.

Over the course of one day, the six competing teams had to go through three parts of the competition: a presentation on the traditions of the commune police force, the implementation of campaigns and emulation movements, etc.; professional knowledge on basic laws, functions and powers of the commune police; and a self-written skit on the themes of crime prevention and social evils, building the nationwide movement to protect national security, and implementing the six teachings of Uncle Ho for the People's Police...

The competition aims to help commune police officers grasp the basic knowledge of their profession, laws, functions, duties, and powers so that they can apply it accurately to their practical work at the grassroots level.

The competition also serves as an opportunity to exchange experiences, learn from each other, and strengthen relationships in various fields. It is also a practical activity to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Police Force, the 10th anniversary of the National Day for Protecting the Fatherland (August 19th), and the 65th anniversary of the Commune Police Force (October 10th, 1950 - October 10th, 2015).

At the end of the competition, the judging panel will select 3 outstanding teams to participate in the provincial-level competition.
