(Baonghean.vn)- On July 22, at Nghe An Provincial Police, the 2013 Public Security Military and Martial Arts Competition, cluster 7 was held with the participation of 4 teams including units of the Security sector.

At the contest, each team must go through 2 rounds, the theoretical round is a draw to answer questions about the People's Public Security regulations. In the practical round, the units must practice the movements of the formation, perform the movements of marching in unison, marching at attention, organize the flag salute ceremony, the rank conferment ceremony, the ceremony of awarding certificates of merit, the technical movements of the People's Public Security, the People's Public Security mixed martial arts exercises...

The contest is an opportunity to raise awareness of the meaning and importance of the People's Public Security regulations, helping officers and soldiers better grasp the regulations of the internal regulations, the regulations of the People's Public Security forces and the People's Public Security ceremonies, and apply them accurately and practically in practice, maintain a good working regime, combat, study, training, on duty, combat duty... and at the same time improve the attitude, style, discipline of officers and soldiers in their daily life, study and communication culture, and behavior with comrades and people. The contest is also an opportunity for units and localities to compete, exchange experiences, compete in studying, and well implement the 6 teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security Forces, and bring the implementation of the regulations into the routine of "Building a cultural lifestyle to serve the people".

As a result of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Social Security Department, the Technical and Professional Units II, and the Political Security Unit won the second prize. The following units: Immigration, Investigation Security, Internal Political Security, and Economic Security won the third prize. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded the second prize for the best commander to Captain Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Head of the Social Security Department.
