Police Regulations, Military Skills, and Martial Arts Competition - Cluster No. 7
(Baonghean.vn)- On July 22nd, at the Nghe An Provincial Police Department, the 2013 Police Regulations, Military and Martial Arts Competition, Group 7, was held with the participation of 4 teams from units belonging to the Security sector.
At the competition, each team had to go through two parts: the theoretical part involved drawing lots to answer questions about the regulations of the People's Public Security Force; the practical part required units to practice drill movements, march in formation, march at attention, organize flag-raising ceremonies, rank conferment ceremonies, commendation ceremonies, and perform technical movements of the People's Public Security martial arts, including the People's Public Security comprehensive martial arts routine...

The organizing committee presented awards to the winning units.
The competition is an opportunity to raise awareness of the meaning and importance of the regulations of the People's Police Force, helping officers and soldiers to better understand the regulations of internal affairs, drill, and ceremonies of the People's Police Force, applying them accurately and practically in practice, maintaining good work, combat, study, training, duty, and combat readiness... while also improving the attitude, conduct, discipline, and order of officers and soldiers in daily life, study, and communication and behavior with comrades and the people. The competition is also an opportunity for units and localities to compete, exchange experiences, and strive to learn and implement the six teachings of Uncle Ho for the People's Police Force, bringing the observance of regulations into order, "Building a cultured lifestyle for serving the people".
As a result of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded first prize to the Social Security Department, and second prize to the Technical and Operational Units II and Political Protection Unit. Third prize was awarded to the Immigration, Investigation Security, Internal Political Security, and Economic Security Units. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded a special prize for the best commander to Captain Nguyen Van Thong – Deputy Head of the Social Security Department.
