Due to the influence of cold air, there will be rain and showers in the North and Central Central regions; from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, and very heavy rain in some places. In the North East Sea (including the waters of the Hoang Sa archipelago), the northeast winds will be strong at level 7, gusts of level 8-9, rough seas, with waves from 4.0-6.0m high. In the offshore waters from Quang Tri to Ca Mau, the northeast winds will gradually increase to level 6-7, gusts of level 8-9, rough seas, with waves from 3.0-5.0m high.
