Previously, Nghe An Newspaper reported on the incident of "Nearly 80 coaches and athletesLam River Nghe Anhave not received the 2024 meal money yet". Song Lam Nghe An side admitted responsibility for this delay. At the same time, the club's leadership committed that, today, the entire meal money will be transferred to the accounts of coaches and athletes of the Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center.

To ensure the commitment is fulfilled, this morning, January 25, relevant departments at Song Lam Nghe An Club are urgently completing the procedures. It is expected that by the end of the afternoon of the same day at the latest, all coaches and athletes at the Center will receive enough food money for the entire year of 2024.

Specifically, each youth training coach will receive nearly 50 million VND for meals. In addition, all young athletes who do not stay at the Club's dormitory will receive more than 50 million VND/person.

Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, as of January 23, 2025, Nghe An province had completed disbursing most of the money to the Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center.

However, as of the afternoon of January 24, 2025 (25th of Tet), nearly 80 coaches and athletes at the Song Lam Nghe An youth team still had not received their 2024 meal allowance.

Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center currently has 27 coaches and about 50 athletes who are not staying at Song Lam Nghe An dormitory. These are the people who are directly affected by the delay in paying for meals.

Every year, Nghe An province spends nearly 28 billion VND in public investment capital to order SLNA to train youth football. In which, the items include coach salaries, allowances for athletes, food, uniforms, etc.
